Used references: Arora’s Mushrooms Demystified, p. 564. Known to fruit in your area, at about this time of year. But would like to see more data, especially a spore print and the base of the fungus. Could be some other things too, and I don’t have first-hand knowledge of your area.

From what I can see from this photo it appears to be a rosette of some kind of Trametes. Of course it would help to see the hymenium.
