This picture was taken at the dawn of my mushroom hobby. Four years on and I till have no idea what it is (spent too much time studying boletes!). Cream colored cap with a matching skirt-like ring neatly fused with a pink-brown stem. The gills match the stem color. Proximity of a decaying log suggest saprobic nature.
