Observation 25258: Laccaria Berk. & Broome

Notes:
Not sure about this naming. Open for suggestions. Colours are true. Height 100mm approx and mantle 25-35mm. (depending where measured.) No other specimens found in the area. The stipe has a noticeable thickening at the base. The specimen appeared to be in full growth & in good condition.

I did think it could have been Laccaria , but, was not sure about the mantle taking on the concave habit. My reference nominates these as convex to flattened, undulate or centrally depressed.(of which I agree). I have noticed in a lot of references (description of the mantle) that the mantle feature displayed in this specimen is not usually directly mentioned, yet this is not common? Is there a description for the effect that I can use.
