It’s suddenly Cortinarius City in there. This batch of unid’d brown corts was growing in Zone 45 near the path junction there. There were maybe half a dozen of them, up to fist sized; perhaps the same species as the larger group in Zone 34 (similar fruit-body size and appearance).
Besides those two groups of brown corts, there was a group of C. alboviolaceus in Zone 33 (expanding its known range around here) and at least three in Zone 11.
This after nada four days prior.
