just to clarify…there is no procera in North America….

and rather than a quick hop to Ameri-procera ala Rod and our muscaria, there is more than one species, which complicates things. they are all edible, tho (phew!); a Macrolepiota by any other name would taste as sweet…

Else concurs, Walt…this is an undescribed species.
