Amanita muscaria group, collected under 3 needle pine.
Solitary or in groups,
Medium to large Amanita with orange red pileus,

Total height 160mm
Pileus: width 110mm, margin grooved, surface smooth, moist, universal veil washed off pileus surface. Margin turned upward (concave), surface orange with yellow undertones. Flesh soft, max 11mm deep.
Lamellae: nearly close, margin minutely jagged, distantly free (10mm), not all lamellae extend entire distance from (beginning at) pileus margin to stipe apex. Dull white, 11mm deep.

Odor: faint
Stipe: length 10m (measured from apex to top of bulb base). Slightly stuffed with white cotton like material. 25mm wide at base (right above bulb), 11mm wide at apex, tapering upward. Dull white, exterior covered with fine cotton like material. patches of universal veil remaining near base.
Veil: on stipe in upper quarter, membrane and cotton like. White.
Bulb base: globular, covered with angular cotton like patches of universal veil, white, solid, 35mm long, 40mm wide.
