This would certainly be a good case study. Roughly speaking no matter where I move here and “independently” of the macro features, many of the Inocybe looking specimens end as I. bongardii. A look at my previous observations of this species will perhaps give a better understanding about what I intend to mean. This is just one more, one of the biggest I ever found (dimensions after dried – cap: 5 cm but with strongly revolute margin, stipe: 10 cm x 0.6 cm).
