Fairly large, pretty handsome. Tapering stems reaching pretty deep into the soil, takes some care to extract them intact.
Varying smells, but mostly somewhat smoky, with some sweet or vegetable smell on top of that. Interior has a strong vegetable smell. Tastes like lettuce.
