Pileus: Smooth, umbilicate, light brown/grey, circular, infundibuliform. Margin arched, ciliate, even but wavy with age. 3.7cm width, 1.6cm height

Stipe: Equal, smooth, fibrous, solid, cream, length 5.5cm. Width (apex) .3cm, width (base) .35cm.

Hymenium: White spores, decurrent, medium-sized pores, off-white

General Characteristics: Tastes mushroomy
