Notes:
Single mature specimen found. 6cm height. Mild odor.
Spores appear to be slightly ornamented, generally ellipsoid.
Cap
2.7cm width, 0.3cm height. Purple with no ornamentation. Cap flesh is delicate and very thin. Cap is broadly convex with slightly incurved and even margin. The surface texture is smooth.
Stipe
5 cm length, 0.2cm width of stipe at apex and base. Surface texture is smooth and stem consistency is cartilaginous. Flesh texture is solid and deep purple.
Gills
Light purple, concolorous gills. As gills age they turn brown. Gills are emarginate, lamellulae present. Medium spacing. Margin is somewhat scalloped. White spore print.
Veil
Veil and veil remnants are absent.
