Looks like two different trees

neither of which is live oak…?
but yeah, the photo doesn’t make that clear. The maple leaves are wind-blown from another tree maybe 50 feet away, and there was also a true cedar (maybe Atlas cedar) nearby, but these were clustered under the oak.
