can often show a surprising amount of color on its cap. I have even seen them with a perfect orangey color match to a classic velosa.
Bettah know your mushrooms if an amanita dinner is your goal! ;)

same mushroom, probably ocreata in both cases, but really only the DNA will tell for sure. until then, take your pick!
