Notes:
Growing caespitose in a cluster of 3 basidiocarps on the edge of a hardwood (?) stump in a lawn. Caps smooth; glabrous; dark brown. Young gills white, turning to pink. Stems smooth. Pileipellis a cutis composed of simple-septate hyphae. Pleurocystidia fusiform and abundant.
