All the features point to Tephromela atra ,but the spores seem immature with dimensions:
(8.3) 8.5 – 10.6 (10.9) × (4.5) 4.9 – 7.2 (7.4) µm
Q = 1.3 – 1.7 (1.9) ; N = 24
Me = 9.4 × 6.2 µm ; Qe = 1.5 .
