These 2 pictures were posted by an aquantence on Facebook. She said they were growing on dead wood, but could not identify the type of wood. She also said the largest was about the size of a quarter. Beyond that I don’t know anything about them. I’ve exhausted my usual ID sources, and thought I would try here…Thanks in advance

Chondrostereum purpureum, but not exactly the same colors; more maroon than silver-purple. Perhaps dried-out Ascocoryne instead. Not sure.
