Notes:
A gregarious fruiting on tiny woodchip slivers at the edge of a mulch bed beneath a mature Maple tree. Photos were taken and specimens collected in the rain. Larger cap: 2 cm. Stipe: 2.2.cm. X 3 mm., dark reddish brown, hairy especially toward the base (hairs are visible but soggy and matted due to the rain). Obtained a white spore print. KOH on cap immediately olive green, then black.
