Notes:
3 1/2" yellow, fleshy, dry cap with brown with what appears to be light tan where it was scratched or bruised. When sliced, cap flesh is yellow, and bruises to tan when pinched. Pores in center of cap are 4-5 mm. Spore print was tan. Stalk was slick and smooth but tough, almost a solid woody feel. Stalk was mostly reddish-brown in color, with irregular yellow streaks at spots.
