I agree it’s not essential but then you don’t have reactions in the original photos and it can complicate the task of record keeping. I would love to see the reactions on many of these.
isn’t necessary IMO.
I like to travel as light as possible and waiting a few hours doesn’t appear to change the results. Many times the reaction on dried material is reported as being similar.
Or am I just seeing them everywhere…?
Do you do KOH and ammonia on these in the field?
