Observation 275872: Agrocybe praecox group

Notes:
As defined by Mushroomexpert.com I’m going to assume that this is “species 1” of the Agrocybe praecox cluster given the “usually occurs in urban habitats where fragmented wood chips are used to mulch ornamental plantings”

Firm, smooth, cap when young. stiff, fibrous, hollow stalk. Taste and odor not distinct.
