Observation 276172: Cladonia P. Browne

Notes:
It is on moss and above other lichens in pine-tree forest with some birches (out of dry environment with Cladonia rangiferina).

I used this name because it is in use at local site for similar photos (the same in Russia).
This is a similar situation with mushrooms, as example – lemon-yellow Lepiota clypeolaria (commmon in Kazakhstan, but other name is absent). I got a note (It is impossible)

So it rules out the old Cladina species (now placed in Cladonia along with all the corticate species). If this were North America – which it could scarcely be farther from! – I would suggest Cladonia furcata.
