Observation 276445: Acarospora A. Massal.

When: 2017-04-29

Collection location: Serra de São Mamede, Portugal [Click for map]

Who: zaca

No specimen available

In the field it was mixed with Rhizocatpon spp. and I thought that it was one of them (non-yellow, of course). However the microscopy revealed polyspored asci (with hundreds of spores). Looking to the grow form, it doesn’t look as Polysporina or Sarcogyne, hence must be Acarospora. Did I missed something?
