Cap 12-14 cm,convex then plane, umbrella shape, dry, black all external part, polish shine particularly arroun stipe and the cap edge, cap surface small rough. Gills attached, narrow, canal up to 1-1.5 cm deep all is black. Stalk 3-19 cm smooth, no hole in side. Habitat on ground under oak wood tree.
