The squamules aren’t dissected, and it contains atranorin. Both are wrong for C. caespiticia. It really doesn’t look like C. stipitata either, but that seems to be the closest name. Might be an undescribed species?

JB notated unusually dark apothecia, but still thinks it’s C.caespiticia

Pimple or dougnut-shaped apothecia obviously like Cladonia as a substrate.
