Not close to elegantior. Try Variecolores

Doug, this is miles away from elegantior. C. elegantior is a “Bulbopodium” in Fulvi, with big spores, etc. This recalls something in Variecolores, but we have to start using some KOH on these Phlegmacia, man.

26689 is closer,

maybe elegantior, obs 26024 is absolutely something else (with lilac gills).
The cap colour here is too far away from the golden yellowish brown it should have. I think you have a spot at this location with several rare corts. That is not unusual..

These were in the same place as obs. 26689, which I kinda went though the effort of making that id. Any comments on that one? Was that id reasonable? As buttons these don’t look at that different than the other buttons. What are the features that I should be looking for that seem to be missing here?
