Looks like it has the “pseudo cap” in the thumbnail which appears to have become separated (along with the spore slime) from the specimen in the second image.
Good description and photos on http://www.mushroomexpert.com These were all over in every mulch bed here for the last two years and not a single sighting this year. Fickle fungi!
