Two cups, in an open area, found suffering under full sun. Cups 3-5 cm across, flesh whitish, brittle, about 2 mm thick.

Asci ~235×13, operculate, mildly amyloid. Spores round, 9-10 microns. Paraphyses spetate with variously enlarged tips, about 7.5 microns wide at tips.

There’s a little problem with the habitat: the soil there was not (obviously) burned.

Young spores biseriate.
