Looks like flavorubens to me, except there’s not much staining. Inside the stipe base there’s a small area of brownish material.
Amyloid spores clearly place this in section Validae. Some of the spores show Q >1.7, which I believe eliminates flavoconia. The fairly robust stature and shape of the cap seem to point away from elongata.
Lots of recent rainfall likely washed any UV patches off the cap.
