On bark and decorticated wood of a large old red willow (Salix laevigata).

Thallus yellowish-orange, verrucose, K+R. Apothecia <1mm, orange disk with lighter orange thalline margin and a distinct proper margin, all K+R.

Spores 8/ascus, hyaline, simple, polarilocular. About 12×6µm
