Growing on wood chips, mainly conifer, that had been aging for approximately one year.
Cap. Largest ca 1-1.25” diameter; convex with scales that are dense at the center, pale when young and darken as they age. Evidence of thick veil on margin of some.
Gills. Cream darkening with age; attached.
Stipe, ca 0.25” diameter; with with coarse scales; annulus on some, appears to be on younger mushrooms but not on older ones; zone above annulus smooth.
Spore print. Cinnamon brown.
