Observation 280470: Amanita amerifulva group (Site ID) (Amanita fulva group)

In mixed woods, predominantly Oak and Eastern White Pine. 14 cm tall, with a bell-shaped cap measuring 6 cm across. Cap caramel/tan with darker brown umbo, no warts/patches present, with striate margins. Gills white, free, with no partial veil. Stalk white, narrowing slightly towards the top. Volva fragile, greyish/white, with occasional brownish stains.
