Found in damp mixed woods with mostly Eastern White Pine and Oak. Bright yellow cap broadly convex, sticky, with a scant number of reddish flattened fibers in one small section. No noticeable odor. No ring or partial veil. Bright yellow non-staining angular pores, decurrent. Yellow stem with what I think may be some faint glandular dots, non-staining.
KOH dark violet/blue on flesh, black on cap

there was no visible staining at all, on pores or stem.
