Young start quite dark, basically black, with golds and greens developing with growth. Up to 7cm tall at time of observation.

Growing in decaying pine bark, in cool temperatures ranging 1°C to 13°C with recent showers and a cool mostly cloudy day.

The reaction you’re seeing is caused by the very cold temps we’ve had. I think you know that already. :)
