This is clearly some form of Ganoderma which the older shelf has lost it’s color (probably due to sun bleaching being in the open and on a mountaintop) and the new sections coming from the ground have yet to develop a color.
Unfortunately no spore print appeared.
Strange the inside looks/feels like wood pulp.
