multiple seq reads

That would be a safe guess (or 1F-4B, etc). More important to have multiple seq reads to confirm: Or submit a separate piece of material to confirm. rather than a single read from a single PCR. knowing the PCR primers allows choices for multiple reads.

I’m guessing this was probably done with ITS1F and ITS4 but I’m not sure. Stephen Russell sequenced this so he’d be the guy to ask.

regarding the ITS query: this taxa could have a 100+ bp insertion in ITS1, but it would be good to know what PCR primers you used and if you obtained multiple sequence reads to confirm a contig, ideally from separate extraction and PCR. Alternatively it could be a PCR artifact, ie chimera.
