Notes:
Cap: 2-3 cm, convex with depressed center, lemon yellow, striate margin.
Flesh: yellow, thin.
Gills: yellow, decurrent, distant.
Stem: 6-7 cm long, 1-4 mm broad, equal, lemon yellow, glabrous, brittle, hollow, white myceloid at base.
Spore Print: Flesh pink.
Spores: 5-9.5 × 4.5-6.5 µm, angular, pale.
Habitat: Scattered on leaf litter and from under very wet rotting branches and logs in hemlock, oak and beech woods.
