I think these are a rare example of a poisonous polypore since they are growing on wood that probably has been treated with CCA or other wood preservatives.

Postia caesia?

If the blue green color is not a secondary mold, then it might be Postia caesia. In Arora it is listed as Tyromyces caesius. Some argue it should be Oligoporus caesius.
