i think so, but this material does look a bit like a cross between a black-footed polypore and an Amauroderma. photos of fresher/younger material may be helpful.

That may be an Amauroderma. I am a beginner with fungi, so I read the articel on wikipedia and it says that the stipe would be korky. But as you can see on the second picture it is more rubber-like cause I can bent it. So is it still an Amauroderma?
