For my 500th observation here at MO I thought I’d dig back to my roots and share some of my old Psilocybe cubensis pics from south Louisiana. These pics were taken over several years (2014-2016) in 2 separate cattle fields. Unfortunately these pics were not only taken with a camera phone, but had to be retrieved from the cloud in low resolution, so the quality is not what I would like it to be, but it’s all I have left of those hunts. This was the mushroom that started my mycological journey 10 years ago, and it seemed fitting to make my 500th post something memorable.
