Fruiting from beneath tarp/bark at the edge of the front of house.
Cap: Approximately 6-7cm around, suede like, minutely hirsute, velvety. Tones of reddish brown-lighter at margin. Margin is incurved and thick.
Gills: completely white, non staining. A slug had nearly consumed all gill context-except for margin edges underneath.
Stem: very thick and firm, lacking veil. Dense mycelium and wood chips attached to stem base.
Odor: pleasant, sweet.
Taste: non distinct.
Spore print: White.
