I am not certain about my A. molesta idea. The stipe does not have an annulus/annular-zone.

One mushroom popped up at my lawn (third photo of 296094) this spring. I’ve never identified Agrocybe before this year and it looked exactly the “same” as Audubon plate 207. Audubon description mentioned that A. praecox does not typically develop cracked cap. So for a while it was Agrocybe dura until I found more Agrocybes which needed to have names. Whole mess went from there….
It was really confusing trip for me but I learn a little bit more about Agrocybe. However, I think I made a mistake on this species. How can I change the name to Agrocybe molesta like you suggested? Destroy this and upload again? Thanks!
this looks like Agrocybe molesta (=A. dura).
