Medium size, pale-yellow cap, white stalk, viscid (damp conditions), volva, growing under pines.

Do you have picture of the base of the stem?

In my first comment, I assumed that there was a bulb there; however, after looking at the photo with the bulb in the distance, I think I need a better understanding of the bulb’s presence or absence. Also, do you have a pictue of the fruiting body in cross-section?

Since the species appears with pines, it might have been introduced with the tree hosts. In general, it looks like some illustrations of Amanita gemmata of Europe. I would be interested in taking a look at your material or a portion of it.
