Habitat/Location: Growing in soil below hardwoods and pines in a public park in Northwest Georgia (Floyd County)
Gills: Crowded, pale cream/blush. Cream veil in tact, fully covering gills (until I removed it). Turn to gray/olive-brown after a couple of days (spores)
Stipe: white. veil attached to stem so it leaves an annulus when broken.
Cap: Brown-gray to cream, scaly (almost hairy in some places)
Spore print: Light gray to olive brown. Very light.
