Merulioid fungus growing on a mossy, rotting hardwood log at the bottom of a ridge in a dense mixed hardwood/pine forest in Northwest Georgia (Gordon County), US. Surrounded by ferns. Fertile surface is peach to white and slightly translucent with multiple interconnected wrinkles. “Upper” surface is white with some hairy teeth-like projections at the edges.
