Cap/upper_surface: Ca. 2 cm diameter; campanulate with a slightly incurved margin’ cream-brown; somewhat translucent; smooth; veil remnants visible at margin.
Cap/underside: Gills, white; sinuate; subclose.

Stipe: Equal along length (6-7mm) or narrow at the apex to larger near the base; White at apex, becoming yellow, then brown at the base; blue ring at apex.
