Found growing in leaf litter/pine debris next to a pine. Appear to stain reddish brown. Has a finish almost like a grape or a plum that hasn’t yet been washed off. Smells pleasantly mushroom-y. Stipe not hollow. Could not retrieve spores or a spores print.

Rhodocollybia macualta var. scorzonerea, except this species usually has a yellow tint on the gills and also possibly on the cap.
