Habitat: Growing in soil in grove of Loblolly pines (Pinus taeda)
Substrate: Soil
Nearest_Tree: Loblolly pine (Pinus taeda)
Habit: Few
Cap/upper_surface: Light lemon yellow when young, becoming white; smooth
Cap/underside: Gills white; free
Stipe: White, smooth; tapering from narrower at apex to broader at base with basal bulb that smelled slightly of radish; ring, delicate cream color with striations.
Odor: Bulb had slight odor of radish
Chemistry: No change on cap with KOH (3%)
