Habitat: Growing in leaf debris on the side of a ridge in a dense mixed hardwood/pine forest. Northwest Georgia.

Gills: cream, nearly decurrent, alternating short gills.

Stipe: honey brown, slightly ridged, hollowed out (from insects?) near base.

Cap: Tan, slimy, smooth.

Spore print: black to dark brown. black spores present on specimen on location.
