The upper surface looks exactly as many others observed of this place and classified (by you) as P. praetextata. On the other hand, that species seems to be the anchor to use whenever no other candidate emerge clearly. But, as you pointed out, the underface doesn’t seem to belong to such species. Thus once and again in trouble with Peltigera.

But I can’t think of a better name than P. praetextata. I keep trying to force it to be P. rufescens, but it’s way too large and the margins are all too turned down. And there are too many discrete (not confluent / woolly) rhizines visible from above. The thing that really bothers me most is the one shot of the underside which shows rather dark veins and bushy, short rhizines. This doesn’t look right for praetextata at all.
