Potential ECM hosts in the area that I noticed were Quercus spp., Ostrya virginiana, Fagus grandifolia and Pinus sp. Odor indistinct. No noticeable staining. Stem apex scurfy. No rhizomorphs present. Cap convex. Cap 2.1 cm wide. Stem 4.9 cm long. Stem 0.4 cm wide at mid-length. Stem 0.3 cm wide at the base. ~48 full length lamellae.
