Habitat: Growing in grass and pine needles in a field (with many pines nearby) in Northwest Georgia (Floyd County), US.

Gills: sinuate (?), many alternating short and long gills forming a wavy pattern. At some angles the gills can look like long teeth over the stipe.

Stipe: thick, white with gray/blush undertones, striated

Cap: large, smooth, slightly waxy, gray with blush undertones, highly convoluted edges

Spore print: light ochre with hints of pink/peach
